BRI Core 

Description: BRI Core program is designed to prepare highly credentialed executives to serve as a vetted talent pool for corporate board service.

Target Audience: The program is targeted at new LCDA Executive Members (aspiring directors) who have not completed board-ready programming or LCDA Director Members who are serving on their first board. 

Focus: Attendees will gain a foundation on best practices of being an effective director as well as hands on coaching to further refine their board value proposition. 

BRINext

Description: BRINext is next the level programming designed to take executives on a deeper dive into corporate governance education with a specific focus on being an effective board director at the committee level.

Target Audience: This program is targeted at LCDA Director Members serving on their first board and LCDA Executive Members who completed BRI Core programming in previous year(s).

Focus: Attendees with build upon the BRI Core foundation and dive into the details of the major committees that drive decision making and receive coaching from current experienced directors serving or that have led respective committees. 

All BRI programming is supported by faculty and seasoned directors committed to LCDA Member success. Participants of BRI Core and BRINext must be members of LCDA. Note: The process to get on a publicly traded or private company board can be lengthy and takes time and engagement on the part of the executive. The BRI does not guarantee a board seat, but it does provide executives with strategic advantages and LCDA and its foundation will remain committed to their boardroom success years after completion of the program.
