Elevate Your Toolkit: Refining Your Board Value Proposition
Participants will learn about the importance of developing a board-facing profile (board resume and bio) that communicates the value proposition they bring to a board. Developing their elevator pitch and refining it to tell their story is also key to making the case for why their value proposition is an asset to the boardroom. This session includes a hands-on exercise.

What do directors need to do to avoid having their companies be the target of activist investors, and, if they are a target, how they can build a game plan that is in the best interest of the company and shareholders.
