Overnight: Regular Vehicles $57.83 (tax included) ; Oversized Vehicles $68.90 (tax included)
Visitors: $30 0-2 hours; $40 2-8 hours; $50 8-12 hours; $57.83 12-24 hours

What does it cost to attend the Convening?
The Convening is an invitation-only event that is complimentary for LCDA members and invited partners. Your registration for the Convening is an exclusive member benefit and covers one person. LCDA has the right to cancel registrations as needed.
Can I bring a guest to social events?
The Convening is at capacity so we can no longer accept any additional guests for sessions or social events.
What should I wear?

- Corporate Visionary Award Dinner: Business or Cocktail Attire
Are meals provided with my registration?
Breakfast and Lunch buffets will be provided to all attendees as well as coffee breaks.

For the Corporate Visionary Awards Dinner (Friday Evening): Dinner will be served for all attendees along with a beverage service. Pre-registration is required for this dinner. If you have not registered and confirmed your meal choice, we will be unable to accommodate additional guests.
Will there be opportunities for me to connect with members in my area?
Yes, during breakfast on Friday and Saturday, you will have the opportunity to sit with other LCDA members who live in your geographic area.
Will there be anyone to network with fellow members during the Convening?
Yes, our Networking Lounge located in the Flagler Ballroom on the Lobby Level is a great place to connect with other attendees, charge your phone, or just take a break from the sessions.
How can I connect with other LCDA Members attending before the Convening?
Connect with fellow attendees on our member-exclusive Mighty Networks group! Members can coordinate shared rides from the airport and plan activities together. Access to Mighty Networks is an exclusive member-only benefit and is not open to Convening partners and guests.
Is there a room block for the event?
The LCDA room block is full and, as of October 25, is closed. If you still need a room for the Convening, we encourage you to explore other hotels in Downtown Miami and the nearby Brickell district,
What if I need to cancel my Convening registration?
The Convening is at capacity so if you need to cancel, please contact Larell Rodriguez via email at lrodriguez@latinocorporatedirectors.org.
What if I need to cancel my hotel reservation?
The hotel takes a first night's deposit on all reservations made through the room block. If, however, you need to cancel and do so before November 1, 2024, contact LCDA and will work with the hotel to refund your deposit.
Will there be a luggage check?
Luggage can be left with the bellmen at the InterContinental Miami
If I have to take a personal meeting or call, where do you recommend I find a quiet place to take my call in private?
In the InterContinental Miami lobby, there are many places to take a phone call and staff can direct you to those locations. If you need total privacy, we suggest you take the call in your hotel room.
