LCDA’s Talent Services plays a pivotal role in bridging the network gap, influencing
the candidate pool, and elevating Latino talent primed for the boardroom.
Our services are free to use. However, if you select a candidate we introduce you to, we would be grateful for a donation to our non-profit organization, Latino Corporate Directors Education Foundation. Your contribution will help us continue our work toward our vision of a world where we work together to maximize shareholder value and elevate communities to greatness.
LCDA partners with board influencers including CEOs, Nom/Gov Chairs, Corporate Secretaries, private equity, venture capital, search firms, and talent partners to connect with senior Latino talent.
Once the request is received, LCDA will follow up to confirm receipt of the request. LCDA respects the confidentiality of partners and candidates. We will only facilitate introductions to candidates pre-selected and approved by the requestor.
LCDA is committed to connecting board influencers to senior Latino leaders with experience in numerous functions, industries, and sectors. With a network of hundreds of board-proven and board-aspiring executives, LCDA is an effective resource to promote your board opportunity. LCDA will promote your opportunity to its members and LCDA staff will collect resumes and submit interested applicants.
