The Latino Corporate Directors Education Foundation (LCDEF) proudly hosted over 80 BRI participants, faculty, regional members, and premier partners at the prestigious 2024 BoardReady Institute (BRI) in Chicago. Key sessions included:

  • Fireside Chat: Tom Monahan, CEO of Heidrick & Struggles and TransUnion board member, joined LCDEF Co-Chair Ana Dutra for an engaging discussion on boardroom diversity and other trending topics.
  • Corporate Board Service 101: Anna Pinedo, with new LCDA Partner, Mayer Brown, co-led a session with other distinguished BRI Faculty on tackling various scenarios faced by new directors.
  • Mock Board Meeting: Participants tested their decision-making and crisis management skills in a simulated board meeting.
  • Personalized Coaching: In an intimate, small group format, seasoned LCDA directors provided participants tailored guidance on mapping out their boardroom journey.

This event's success was made possible by our BoardReady Institute Corporate Partner, Mayer Brown, Founding Diamond Partner, KPMG LLP, and our esteemed partners and distinguished BRI Faculty.
