2024 Boston BoardReady (BRI) Recap

The Latino Corporate Directors Education Foundation (LCDEF) proudly welcomed over 90 BRI participants, faculty, regional members, and premier partners to its prestigious 2024 BoardReady Institute (BRI) in Boston. This exclusive, in-person program is uniquely tailored to prepare and position new and aspiring directors for boardroom success.

During the event reception, participants had the opportunity to network with seasoned directors who served as faculty and coaches for the BRI. Plus, LCDA members from the region and KPMG representatives; Susan Angele, Julia Abramovich, Stephen Brown, and John Capone joined in making the event a great platform for building connections and expanding professional networks.

One of the highlights of the event was the fireside chat between LCDA Chair, Elizabeth Oliver-Farrow, and Michelle Caruso-Cabrera, a first-time director and CNBC contributor. Michelle shared her unique perspective and emphasized the importance of self-development, improvement, and vocalizing one's aspirations.
