Membership Categories

The Latino Corporate Directors‘ Association (LCDA) offers two membership categories designed to offer programs that empower current and aspiring directors to lead with confidence in the boardroom.

Each application will be reviewed by a membership committee before membership is approved and extended.

If accepted for LCDA membership, the new member must:

  • Satisfy the dues requirement.

  • Attend orientation session.

Application Review Process & Timeline

Director-level member applications are reviewed by staff and given final approval by the LCDA Nominations & Membership Committee. Upon the receipt of a completed application, you should expect to receive a notification and/or status of application within 30 days. Until then all applications are considered under review until staff confirms approval. Reviews are conducted on a rolling basis. Dues are collected on an annual calendar year and are not pro-rated. Executive-level member applications go through a very thorough selection process. There are four review cycles per year. Dues are collected on an annual calendar year and are not pro-rated.
