PANEL: A 21st Century Perspective of Equity and Inclusion in Board Recruiting

Diversity on corporate boards has been proven to be good for business and, with Latinos numbering nearly 20% of the US population, it makes business sense for boardrooms to include the Hispanic/Latino perspective, to offer insight into the new mainstream economy. Hear from search firm leaders discuss how they and their organizations are supporting the LCDA mission to alter the current narrative.
