About Us

Founded in 2012, we are an organization comprised of Hispanic corporate directors. After uncovering disparities in Hispanic representation in the corporate world, we united with the common goal of increasing Hispanic participation in boardrooms across the United States.

We established the Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA) to promote a culture of inclusion for Hispanics is America. By collaborating with U.S. companies, we can create new opportunities and make corporate boards more representative of today’s America.

To accomplish our goal, we host corporate director education seminars, networking events, speakers, and panels, as well as research Hispanic representation, and share our corporate director database with corporate boards and search firms.

For questions regarding LCDA Membership, please contact Norma Rosso at nrosso@latinocorporatedirectors.org or leave a message at (202) 838-1048.
